Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you can and cannot do when using Virlo. It exists to protect our users, our platform, and the broader creator community. By using Virlo you agree to this policy.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Virlo to:

• Analyse your own social media content and performance data
• Generate scripts, hooks, captions, and content strategies for your own accounts
• Study viral content formats and adapt them for your original content
• Track your content goals and metrics
• Receive AI coaching and recommendations for your content

3. Prohibited Use

3.1 Illegal Activity

You must not use Virlo to create, distribute, or facilitate content that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Constitutes fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Facilitates money laundering or other financial crimes

3.2 Harmful Content

You must not use Virlo's AI tools to generate or promote content that:

• Is hateful, discriminatory, or harasses individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
• Incites violence or threatens individuals or groups
• Sexualises minors in any way
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Spreads deliberate misinformation or disinformation

3.3 Spam and Manipulation

You must not use Virlo to:

• Generate content designed to artificially manipulate social media algorithms in ways that violate platform terms of service
• Create mass-produced spam content across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Impersonate other creators, brands, or public figures without clear satirical intent
• Generate fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements

3.4 Platform Abuse

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Virlo's AI models or source code
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond what is permitted by the API
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions by sharing accounts across multiple users (each account is for individual use only)
• Use the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

3.5 Resale and Commercial Exploitation

You must not:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to Virlo without written permission
• Use Virlo to build a competing product or service
• Export or extract AI-generated frameworks, models, or systems for commercial use outside the platform

4. Content Standards

When uploading content to Virlo for analysis you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the rights to upload it
• The content does not violate any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• The content complies with the terms of service of the platforms it was created for

5. Responsibility for AI Output

Virlo's AI generates suggestions, scripts, and recommendations. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
• Ensuring AI output complies with the terms of service of whichever platform you post on
• The accuracy and appropriateness of anything you publish based on Virlo's recommendations

Virlo is a tool. What you do with it is your responsibility.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or behaviour on Virlo that violates this policy, please report it to us at:

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Issue warnings for minor or first violations
• Temporarily suspend accounts pending investigation
• Permanently terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities

We will use reasonable judgement in determining what constitutes a violation and what action is appropriate. Where possible we will notify you before taking action and give you an opportunity to respond.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email with reasonable notice.
