1. How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your Virlo subscription at any time — it takes about 30 seconds and you never need to email us to do it.
1. Sign in to Virlo and open your Dashboard. 2. Click Manage billing in the header. This opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab. 3. Select your active subscription and click Cancel subscription. 4. Confirm. You'll receive an email from Stripe confirming the cancellation.
Once cancelled:
- Your card will not be charged again.
- You keep full access to Virlo Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- After that date your account automatically reverts to the free experience — no further action needed.
2. Refund policy — 3-day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to love Virlo. If it isn't for you, we offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee from the moment of your original charge.
Within 3 days of your first payment: email us at support@virlo.ai from the address on your Virlo account and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 3 days: all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, forgotten cancellations, or change of mind. This includes both monthly and yearly plans.
To avoid being charged for a period you don't want, cancel before your next renewal date using the steps in Section 1. The renewal date is always visible in the Stripe Customer Portal.
3. Billing cycle
- Monthly plan: A\$14.99 / month, billed in AUD, renews automatically on the same calendar day each month until cancelled.
- Yearly plan: A\$99 / year, billed in AUD, renews automatically on the same calendar day each year until cancelled.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Virlo never sees or stores your card details.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), Stripe will automatically retry the payment a few times over several days. While retries are in progress, your access to Virlo Pro continues uninterrupted.
If every retry fails, the subscription is marked unpaid and Pro access is revoked. You can restart at any time by purchasing a new subscription.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
You can switch between Monthly and Yearly at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe handles proration automatically — you'll be credited for unused time on your current plan against the new one.
