1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Virlo (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Virlo is an AI-powered content coaching tool for short-form video creators. It generates hooks, scripts, shot lists, and recommendations based on the information you provide and the content you upload. Virlo is a tool, not a guarantee. We do not promise specific results, views, followers, or income.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Virlo.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Each account is for individual use. Do not share your login.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Access to Virlo requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your Content and AI Training

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using Virlo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, analyse, reproduce, and use your uploads, inputs, prompts, analytics, and generated outputs to operate the Service and to train and improve our AI models. This is a core part of how Virlo works and gets better at coaching creators.

If you do not want your content used in this way, do not upload it and delete your account.

6. AI Output

Outputs generated by Virlo are suggestions. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing AI-generated content before publishing
• Ensuring outputs comply with the rules of the platforms you post on
• The accuracy, legality, and originality of what you publish

Virlo is not liable for content you publish based on its suggestions.

7. Acceptable Use

Your use of Virlo is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All Virlo software, branding, designs, model weights, and proprietary frameworks remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or build a competing product using Virlo or its outputs.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@virlo.ai.

10. Disclaimers

Virlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will produce any particular result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virlo's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virlo is incorporated, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
